  • How many days a week do I need to work out?
    The standard recommendation is 3–5 sessions per week, lasting 20–40 minutes each. However, we tailor this to your schedule, even if you can only commit to short daily sessions​
  • What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
    Your safety is a top priority. During onboarding, you’ll complete a PAR-Q form, and I’ll modify exercises to work around any injuries or restrictions while still ensuring progress​
  • What happens if I don’t know how to do an exercise?
    All exercises come with video demonstrations, and you’ll have access to form feedback. Simply upload a video of yourself performing the exercise, and I’ll guide you on adjustments if needed.
  • Will I need to follow a strict diet?
    No, but you will need to make some adjustments to reach your goals. The focus is on balance and flexibility. You’ll receive personalised macronutrient guidance and meal strategies to help you reach your goals without unnecessary restrictions​
  • Can I still enjoy my favourite foods?
    Yes! This isn’t about cutting out everything you love but learning how to include your favourites in a way that aligns with your goals.
  • Do you provide recipes or just meal ideas?
    You’ll receive meal suggestions tailored to your preferences, along with macronutrient guidance and a time-saving grocery list.
  • How do I track my meals?
    You’ll use a simple tracking tool (MyFitnessPal) to log your meals and ensure you’re hitting your nutrition targets.
  • How often will we check in?
    Weekly check-ins to assess progress and adjust your plan. You’ll also have daily WhatsApp support (within 2-hour response time) for quick questions and motivation​.
  • How do I share updates or progress?
    You’ll send updates via the platform we use, including progress photos, workout feedback, and meal logs.
  • What if I fall behind or miss workouts?
    Life happens! If you fall off track, I’ll work with you to adjust your plan and get you back on course—no guilt, just support.
  • Is there a contract?
    No, there’s no long-term contract. After the first month, all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime.
  • What is the money-back guarantee?
    If you follow the program for 30 days and within that time don’t achieve any measurable results - such as weight loss, strength improvement, or better energy levels - I’ll refund your money.
